Remember kids, when getting dressed make sure there are no toenail clippings in your underwear. When getting dressed in the dark you must be extra vigilant. I suggest a brief shake (Ha!) to loosen any floor debris that might have fallen in as your clothes lay on the floor. If you don't, it will be the most uncomfortable half-hour bike ride of your life.

Freezing rain last night. Had to bike home this morning. Was going to bike to work later. No F anywhere near Way. It was the most terrifying cycling experience evah. 23mm of slick rubber will not keep you upright on ice no matter how much flat-protection it provides. Between the ice and the afore-mentioned incident, I'm taking the bus in this morning.
