When I'm depressed, I get hungry very often. Or rather, I think I get hungry.
I've been spending a lot of time in front of an open fridge lately, without actually taking anything. I just stand there thinking, "I should eat something." After a few seconds I remember that I'm not hungry, just depressed, and I walk away, scratching my stomach or my face.
